We believe that packaging is just as important as the product itself,
our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.
Most packing peanuts are made from styrofoam and take centuries to decompose. Meaning they’ll just sit in landfills, contaminating the ecosystem and harming wildlife.
So we have chosen to use biodegradable packing peanuts which are easy to dispose of. You only need to place them under some running water and simply watch them disappear in front of you.
At Amalia & Co. , we have also made the decision to use paper bubble wrap instead of plastic bubble wrap to provide better protection for our candles while being kinder to the environment. Unlike traditional plastic bubble wrap, paper bubble wrap is biodegradable, recyclable, and made from recycled materials, reducing waste and our carbon footprint.
In addition to our packing peanuts and paper bubble wrap we also have our candle jars that are recyclable and reusable. Once your candle has burned down, the jar can easily be cleaned and repurposed for storage, decoration, or even as a plant pot.
