Shipping policy

Please allow upto 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 48hours to let you know your order is on the way!

SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Royal Mail. We offer free 2nd class Royal Mail shipping which aims to deliver within 3 business days from the time it is processed at the post office. You will then recieve an email confirming your order is on its way. 
Tracked 24hrs : For those who would like their order quicker you have the Tracked 24hr option at a rate of £4.19, Royal mail aims to deliver on the Next Business Day. 
We do not ship outside of the united Kingdom at this time.



REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@amaliaandco.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
